How can I pay through your website?

Is VAT included in the price of your products?

Do you have the option to pay at the door or by money order?
We do not have a payment system at the door. To pay by wire transfer you can contact us via the contact form on the page https://mardukdesign.com or via our WhatsApp line.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Your order will be shipped within 7 working days. We cannot intervene in delays due to the cargo company. Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day. There is no delivery on Sundays.
What is the shipping fee?
Our domestic shipping is free of charge.
Do you do gift wrapping?
Our products are delivered to you in a specially designed cargo box, protected in a special air-cushioned bag. We do not have an additional gift wrap service.
Can I send a gift on behalf of someone else?
You can send a gift to someone else on your behalf. For this, it is sufficient to write your own address in the "Invoice Address" section, and the name and surname, phone number and address of the person to whom you will send the gift in the "Delivery Address" section. Membership should not be opened on behalf of the person to whom you will send a gift. Membership information must belong to the person who placed the order.
Can I make a special order?
For your special order requests, you can contact us via our contact form on our website or via our WhatsApp line. Special order products are not refundable as they will be produced individually. Production time of special order products is 10 working days after payment.

Who bears the return shipping charges?
Return shipping costs belong to the buyer and are not covered by us. All responsibility during the arrival of the package to the seller belongs to the buyer.
